My name is Elizabeth Jones and I’m a Junior at Brigham Young University.

In the process of obtaining my Bachelors degree in Public Health, one of the required classes is Technology in Health Promotion. Taking this class has been the primary reason for this blog, with the inspiration of fantastic food to help aide along the health based topic.

After graduation in a few years, I plan on further continuing my education in the Public Health realm with a dual Master’s featuring Public Health and Business. Once my time here has come and gone, I would like to go out into this big world (no importance as to whether it is U.S. or International) to inspire and empower people, mainly children and youth to create a better future for themselves.
